In Nevis, the main public marketplace in the heart of Charlestown serves a bounty of local and imported produce. Individual vendors rent space in this government-owned facility, and sell their fruits and vegetables. Besides fruits and vegetables, there’s also a fish market, where local fisherman bring their daily catch for sale.

Nevis also has charming small galleries with local artwork and crafts. You should also visit the Nevis Pottery, located near Newcastle, where you can watch the potters create the handsome red-clay pots and other artifacts.
